W138 is more than just a name in the online betting industry — we are a community, a commitment and a trust built together with millions of Malaysian players over more than a decade. Get to know us better.
W138 was born from a simple yet meaningful vision — to build an online betting platform that genuinely understands the needs, habits, and preferences of Malaysian players. At the time, most platforms available in the market were built with foreign markets in mind, featuring interfaces that were unfriendly to local users, irrelevant payment methods, and customer support that was hard to reach.
We changed all that. W138 was built from the ground up with a single focus: to give Malaysian players the most complete, most secure and most enjoyable online betting experience they have ever encountered. From Malaysia Super League and EPL football, international badminton and local esports, to a live casino with Malay-speaking dealers — everything is designed with you in mind.
Today, w138 has grown into one of Malaysia's most trusted online betting platforms, with over half a million active registered members. But we have never forgotten our roots, and our commitment to the satisfaction of Malaysian players remains unchanged.
To deliver a safe, fair and enjoyable online betting experience to every Malaysian — with the latest technology, comprehensive local payment support and genuinely dedicated customer service. W138 exists for you, not merely for profit.
To become Malaysia's most trusted number one online betting platform — a name every player from Perlis to Sabah speaks with full confidence. W138 is committed to proving that responsible entertainment and a premium experience can coexist on a single platform.
Integrity in every round and every bet. Transparency in every term and condition. Responsibility towards our players and community. Relentless innovation to stay relevant to the needs of Malaysian players today and tomorrow.
These are not ordinary features — they are a promise we keep to every w138 member, without exception.
W138 operates under a valid international licence with full compliance to industry security standards. Your personal data and financial transactions are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption — the same technology used by Malaysia's leading banks.
