1Definitions & Interpretation

In this Terms & Conditions document, the following terms shall carry the meanings defined below unless the context requires otherwise:

2Account Registration

To access the full range of w138 services, you are required to register a valid account. Registration is subject to the following conditions:

• You must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration. w138 reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time.
• Each individual is only permitted to register one (1) account only. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation of w138's terms.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false information may result in immediate account closure.
• The security of your w138 account password is entirely your responsibility. You are advised to use a strong password and never share it with anyone.
• W138 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason, at the management's sole discretion.
• Registration from countries or regions that restrict online betting activities is prohibited. Members are responsible for complying with their respective local laws.

3Deposits & Payment Methods

W138 offers a variety of deposit methods suited for Malaysian players. All transactions are processed within Malaysian Ringgit (RM/MYR).

4Withdrawals

W138 members are entitled to withdraw their real money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met the rollover requirements) at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a Malaysian bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the w138 account.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 30 minutes to 4 hours on business days. In certain cases, processing may take up to 24 hours.
• W138 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before approving certain withdrawals, particularly large or first-time withdrawals.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts, foreign accounts, or unlisted methods are not permitted.
• If an account is under fraud investigation, withdrawals may be placed on hold until the investigation is concluded.

5Bonus & Promotions

W138 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to welcome new members and reward our loyal members. All bonuses are subject to the following terms:

• Rollover Requirements: All w138 bonuses are subject to rollover requirements before winnings can be withdrawn. Rollover conditions typically range from 5x to 20x the bonus amount, depending on the bonus type.
• Validity Period: Each bonus has a specified validity period. Bonuses that are unused or whose rollover requirements are not fulfilled within this period will be automatically forfeited.
• Bonus Betting Limit: When using w138 bonus funds, a maximum bet limit may apply per match or round. Bets exceeding this limit may result in bonus forfeiture.

6Betting Rules

Betting on w138 is subject to the following general rules, in addition to the specific rules applicable to each game or category:

• All confirmed bets are final and non-reversible after the match or round has started.
• The minimum and maximum bet limits for each game, market, or table at w138 are as displayed in the respective game interface.
• In the event of a technical error affecting bet outcomes, w138 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the wagered amount.
• Live betting on sports is only accepted before the market closes. W138 reserves the right to void or cancel any live bets inadvertently accepted after market closure.
• The use of bots, automated software, or any unauthorised method to manipulate games or outcomes on w138 is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.
• W138 reserves the right to limit or decline bets from any member at management's discretion.

7User Conduct

W138 members are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful, honest, and responsible manner while using the platform. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Fraud, identity impersonation, or providing false information to w138.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage.
• Use of any software, scripts, or automated methods to interfere with w138's systems.
• Use of offensive language, threats, or harassment toward w138 staff or other members through any communication channel on the platform.
• Any attempt to hack, attack, or compromise the security of w138's systems.
• Money laundering or using the w138 platform for any illegal financial activities.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your w138 account to another individual.

Any breach of the above rules will result in immediate action, including account suspension, forfeiture of balances and winnings, and referral to the relevant authorities where necessary.

8Account Suspension & Closure

W138 reserves the right to suspend or close any account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of w138's terms & conditions, whether intentional or not.
• Suspicious activity indicative of fraud, collusion, or money laundering.
• A member's own request to close their account.
• Submit a self-exclusion request through w138's responsible gaming programme.
• Account inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months.
• Account information that cannot be verified, or failure to meet identity verification requirements.

In the event of account closure due to a terms violation, any remaining bonus balance and winnings that have not met the rollover requirements will be forfeited. Any valid deposit balance may be refunded at w138's discretion upon completion of the investigation.

9Responsible Gaming
